During my Field 3 field study, I built positive and productive relationships with students. This has been proven by positive interactions with my students, several cards and gifts, and the PowerPoint made by my students below.

The excerpt below was pulled from my Field 3 final assessment from my partner teacher, and it demonstrates my positive relationships not only with students but with parents as well during parent-teacher conferences. The excerpt highlights how I treat others consistently with fairness, respect, and integrity and demonstrate empathy and genuine caring for others by putting an emphasis on relationship-building with all students.

During Field 3 as part of our MindUp class, I created a lesson where students had to share a family potato recipe. This gave students an opportunity to share their culture which honoured cultural diversity and promoted intercultural understanding.
