LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND POLICIES

During my Law and Ethics course, I gained an understanding of the Law in regard to teaching practices. The paper below demonstrates an awareness of, and responding in accordance with, requirements authorized under the School Act and other relevant legislation. In addition, all of my field experience's final narrative assessments demonstrate that I engage in practices consistent with policies and procedures established by the school authority and I understand and recognize that the professional practice of a teacher is bound by standards of conduct expected of a caring, knowledgeable and reasonable adult entrusted with the custody, care or education of students.
